a/ Thermoforming:
A form (mould) designed for the article to transform the spools of film: PS, PE, PVC, PET...
- Obtaining Shells
- Shaped mould for prototypes and short runs (wood or resin)
- Production run shaped mould (milled aluminium and cast iron)
b/ High Frequency welding: A flat PVC sheet (capsule) Off Set or Silk Screen printed, either high-frequency welded to the shell made earlier or heat sealed on to a preprinted small cardboard box.
